Cable Car Ride

By • Feb 21st, 2010 • Category: Attractions

The Montjuïc cable car is an unusual form of transport designed in 1968 to link the funicular and the castle. At the top of the hill is an intermediate stop where you can get off and make your way to the Alcalde vantage point. The cable car takes you up an incline of 99 metres and carries you a distance of 815 metres, during which you can enjoy views of the city and the park as you’ve never seen them before.
